I have an ongoing love affair with shawls…this one was particularly fun! Knit up with soft rose and brown Sari silk, I added lots of swingy fringe to the sides and the tips, and sewed in lovely glass and stone beads to glimmer through all that silk…
This shawl is about 5 feet long, and about 3 and a half feet wide, not counting fringe. It’s been handwashed in gentle soap, ready to fling around your neck at a moment’s notice. Handwash only.
