This yarn is a gloriously soft delight to play with, and will knit up into something truly special. Midnight Orchid Garden is a marl of soft, soft black merino and bright purple, fuschia and green merino and bamboo with sparkle. As I was spinning, I had lots of fun putting in thick and thin sections for texture, and will make even the easiest knitting interesting and fun. At 173 yards, it’s a hefty skein, and easily enough for it’s own scarf or shawlette.
Please handwash your finished project in cool water with gentle soap, and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash.
