Description
When I made this piece, I was thinking about a dream I used to have as a child, of finding treasure in a bush near my home. I wanted to give other people that feeling, of finding a treasure in an unusual place waiting just for them.
The Guardian Eye is tucked into a locket, and inside is a wish for prosperity. It’s surrounded by lots of embroidery and beads, cradling it in it’s thicket of soft green leaves. It rests in a 6 inch painted embroidery hoop, and is perfect for any whimsical, Maximalist home.
