These two pieces were part of a fun experiment for me. I had found some really great birch puzzle-piece mounts for painting, and to my delight they fit together! So I mixed a little Apoxie clay, sculpted some raspberry canes, and then started painting away. It’s a perfect pair of paintings for summer, and can be mounted close together or far apart, as you wish. But close together or far apart, they’ll always be a part of each other…
